The conventional format presented, offers the student with a visual reference that reinforces the diagnostic training, complemented to the usual significant clinical exposure.
The 'visual treat' is intended to stimulate a more positive and effective interaction with the basis of a conventional neurologic examination, both as a means to enhance understanding and its retention.
Personally I feel what it needs for completeness, in most tests, is a focus at a verbal, and a close-up view of the actual procedure of performing the physical examination skills, possibly with different camera angles towards the subject and examiner, since the viewer's tangibility and vision is limited by his television screen.
A parallel demonstration showing the expected abnormal physical sign on examination of an actual patient with neurologic disorder, highlighting the clinical relevance of the exercise and providing meaningful learning would also be a useful addition.

This video definitely would meet the needs of medical students, doctors and other health professionals for the purpose it is solely meant, and as a supplement to resource textbooks and routine clinical curricula.
A must for standard medical libraries and desks of clinicians, and even students for home viewing, for whom it would be like a virtual teacher available SOS.
Neuro exam for medical undergraduates is unarguably the most dreaded of the examinations in wards. This resource video boosts the confidence to take on the bull of fear by its horn, simply by teaching the gross methodology in an accurate and more importantly, an active manner.
