Site of the Semester
Forensic Mathematics by Charles H. Brenner
(A highly informative site by Charles H. Brenner of California. Has a number of articles on Forensic Mathematics. There is a slide show on forensic mathematics as well. Students of DNA technology will find a lot of useful stuff. There are a number of downloads available too. Highly recommended!)
Links to this journal appeared this semester in the following sites
http://www.crimeZZZ.net/ (Very interesting site developed by Elisabeth Wetsch of Austria. Gives latest information about criminals, their crimes and forensics used to catch them. Complete with rare pictures. I enjoyed the site, and I am sure, all readers of this journal would love it as much as I did.)
Forensic Investigation Desk (Hosted by John S. Redmond)
(John S. Redmond has been a Chicago Police Officer for 32 years, an Evidence Technician and Police Forensic Investigator for 28 years. He hosts this board over which you can ask any question related to forensic science. This site is a real beauty!)
Child Abuse (Hosted by Jim Hopper, Ph.D.)
(This site by Jim Hopper, a researcher and therapist with a doctorate in clinical psychology will be highly useful for forensic professionals looking for authentic material on child abuse. Readers wishing to support this site may want to click here.)
Email Dr. Hopper by clicking here.
Forensic Journals
Major Forensic Journals (Very good site giving information - along with pictures of covers - of all major forensic journals.)
Journal of Forensic Odonto-Stomatology (Practitioners of Forensic odonto-Stomatology would love this. Useful info regarding subscription etc. Forensic professionals thinking of subscribing this journal to their libraries would find this site very useful.)
Plain fun
Icon's Story (This interesting site has some interesting animations showing icons on the desktop fighting with each other!)
