Photographs 1 and 2 show graze abrasion at the lower
part of the penis, while at the upper part scratch
abrasion is seen.
It was a case of assault. The deceased was assaulted
from the back when he was urinating. He fell down in
that position and struggled. During this process of
scuffle he got these abrasions. He sustained multiple
injuries and died due to them.
